Rehabilitation of historical buildings
Sibiu city hall: eclectic style building, one of the most beautiful in Transylvania. The rehabilitation process included the extensive restoration and repartitioning works: extension of office area on previously unused attic, installation of a panoramic elevator, and transformation of inner courtyard in a covered room, in order to provide a connecting space between the Large Sqare and the Small Square..Interior spaces were reconfigured, which by design, include 75 offices, an exhibition hall with other four annexes, three meeting rooms, ten public hallways to ensure access in offices, plus a multipurpose basement that will also accommodate the institution archives. The attic was reconfigured to function as the City Council meeting room, along with 12 other offices.
