Within the residential buildings area, we cover three major urban centers of Transylvania: Sibiu, Cluj and Brasov. We execute downtown Sibiu a 5 million EUR project, on seven levels, funded entirely by our group, which will contain 4000 sqm retail space, 1000 sqm offices, 9000 sqm luxury apartments.
