ALU GLASS is a company with highly qualified experts in the field of aluminum and PVC carpentry execution, trained in old traditional companies.
The machines that run aluminum and PVC are last generation, being purchased from Italian (CIEMME) and German (ELUMATEC) companies with a great reputation in this area.
The production capacity of the company is 300 sq.m. to 600 sq.m. joinery, per month.
To achieve high quality products, our company cooperates with renowned companies in the production of aluminum and PVC profiles and accessories: METRA (Italy) REHAU, SCHUCO, G.U. (Germany), Alcoa (France); ALUMIL (Greece). Thermo-insulating glass is manufactured with highly operational machines, from specialized firms using imported glass (HUNGUARD - Hungary, Glaverbel - Czech Republic, Belgium) covered in magnetron structure, type float clar, thoughtful, safe and Low E. For the assembling, we use for best quality materials, imported from companies such as GEDORE, Wurth, KOMMERLING (Germany) and LOCTITE (England).
The technical department elaborates the carpentry project execution, after the disclosure of holes made by the manufacturer, taking into account the recipient wishes carpentry and painting. Everything here is prepared and constructed for installation carpentry.
For the execution of the joinery project, we use a CAD program, specialized in this field, software provided by Metra, the largest aluminum profiles producer in Italy.
This design software allows the development of price offers within 24 hours for work exceeding 500 square meters, and for those below 100 m in less than 2 h. Preparation of tenders is based on an array of carpentry firm made available to the beneficiary, or based on measurements made by the company experts, which are free.
Between 2003-2010 were carried out numerous works, the most representative of which are:

ALUGLASS management oriented its policy towards determining and meeting customer needs and increase their satisfaction at its highest. For this purpose, technical approvals were obtained for aluminum profile windows and doors, with thermal bridge interruptions ALUMIL type (No. 020 - 02/244-2004) and PVC windows and doors, REHAU (No. 020-02/221-2003). We are also working on the implementing of quality management system, which allows obtaining certification SR ISO 9001-2001.
